It’s not great. I got in contact with the manufacturer’s customer service to let them know that even on its highest setting, it barely boils water. They called me and asked me some questions, but they never did anything and never called back. That was a month ago. I’ve given up on them doing anything. I just now own an expensive cooktop that I can only make queso with.

I just decided to use my new burner to make soup and is not turning on at all. I check the plug and for any on off buttons???? IT IS NOT WOKING !!!

Haven't been able to use it yet, my pans are induction but the unit shuts off as soon as s you start it. Never got to use it. Way over priced too.

Doesn't have temperature setting or reading. Just number 1-6. Constant beeping on setting 2. Why. God knows. Smells of plastic or paint chemical.

This burner is perfect. It is exactly what I need.

This was a good purchase. Functions well — no annoying whine, straightforward controls, works even with a pan too small for most induction burners. It’s solid and well-finished with good quality materials. Great aesthetics too, an unusually rich navy colour with a substantial aluminum handle. On the downside, the cord is non-detachable and there’s no built-in wrap system which is a hassle for drawer storage, but it looks attractive enough that I installed a nice wall mount to solve this issue. It hangs out of the way nice and flat against the wall and can remain plugged in and always accessible. I also noticed some temporary staining when I didn’t clean an acidic spill off immediately. Happily, the stain dissipated of its own accord after a few weeks, and 8 months on it still looks good as new with no scratches either despite daily use. I would get a second one to hang on the other side of the outlet and dispense with my big space-hogging stove altogether, but unfortunately my colour is no longer available.

We purchased the portable induction to cook outside at home and use in our RV when travelling. Since we were familiar with induction cooking and have the cookware this single zone portable cooktop has been a great addition and allows to cook "smelly" food outside at home and it also comes in very handy to use when we take trips in our motorhome.
