Love it easy to install and delivery was fast

Microwave has stopped working already . Would kick breaker and now it won’t turn on at all. Did not last very long .

Fast shipping, great looking microwavefan, easy to install. Will be great addition to the kitchen renovation and match the oven and diswaher.

Cooks evenly and quickly. Very spacious. The door opens and closes more quietly Than the last one we had. Range light is bright and useful. Vent is better than my previous Samsung one. Still loud but seems to work better but not as good as an actual hood vent. I wish the clock was blue lettering rather than the green - doesn’t match my stove. Hard to see in the microwave when it’s cooking (light inside not bright enough). It took my husband and a neighbour about 3 hours to install. I’m happy with the purchase - just a few little tweaks and it would be perfect!

I Bought this 2 months ago. terrible microwave. The fan does not automatically come on. If cooking and it steams, it wont work. I have had to replace it 2x Bottom touch pad is the cuprite. They tell me the unit is not sealed. so as soon as it gets moisture. it doesn't work. Cant get parts However saying that GE has been very good with trying to replacement. etc.

I already had a Profile Induction oven. No problem. So, I bought that Profile micro-wave. Well. It lasted only 2 years. Started to blow fuses recently. Since I have extensive knowledge in automation & everything related (i.e. I could design and built a microwave myself if I wanted to), I dismantled it to see what was going on. Did not appeared damaged at all out of the box, but I found inside broken plastic brackets & supports EVERYWHERE. Like if that oven fell from a roof top. Those plastic parts are "dried" up and extremely brittle & fragile. Nothing else appears damaged whatsoever. It would be manageable maybe if that fuse had and external access, but I must uninstall that microwave oven and dismantle it every time. That's a VERY poor design !!! I do not recommend that product.

Door has a crack in it after 3 years and has caused the door not to close properly. Bought this with a dishwasher, fridge and stove, live the color but that’s it. Can’t use it cause of the door not following properly. Was not misused in any way either.

I brought this microwave 3 years back and now its not working. If you want to buy then please buy with extended warranty.

Bought A Profile M/O 5 years ago and the door switches started causing the fuse to blow. Had them replaced but shortly after it stopped working. Time to replace it with another brand

Same as Oke1 reivew on August 3, 2022. This microwave was professionally installed less than three months ago. Very light use by two adults. When we weren't even using the kitchen, the fan and internal light suddenly came on. Fan and light constantly on with the door closed eventhough it isn't running. Need to unplug it when not in use. After following all troubleshooting suggestions on GE website, we have done an online request for warranty service so hopefully it's a defective door switch that doesn't fail repeatedly like other reviewers have reported. Our last LG over-the-range lasted over 15 years, never any issues, and was still going strong when we moved.
