Have used my pastry blender several times - works are desired - goes straight into the dishwasher - still looks fine

Use it every Saturday when I make my sourdough biscuits!

Works really well with tortillas. Helps evenly distribute the lard throughout the flour. Doesn’t take as much time as it does using your fingers to break up the fat. Works great for pie crust too.
