This pan is huge and really good quality. I cooked pancakes it, and they didn’t stick. It worked better than my nonstick pan.

Since I received my 10-quart rondeau just a week ago, I served an outstanding tenderloin of beef, Hungarian sausage and peppers (lecso), my best paella ever (and I've been using dedicated paella pans all this time -- who needs them?) and flank steak fajitas. I think there may be nothing I won't try with this baby. It heats so evenly and perfectly and just on one burner. I may just retire some braisers, Dutch ovens and saute pans taking up space in my kitchen along with the paella pans.

I was eyeing it for around a year before I finally bought it. Everything I cook with it, I used to cook in a cast iron Dutch oven - this is so much lighter weight, it’s easy to clean and I like that I can use metal utensils. It was worth it.

It is beautiful. Sturdy but not too heavy. It functions as described. Beautiful stainless steel a perfect size.
