This roaster is the perfect size for a family gathering. The rack is well positioned for roasting veggies with your choice of meat. The construction gives you confidence when you are removing it from the range and the rack design provides for an easy lift. This pan is a work horse with multiple uses.

Great quality and sturdy. I was able to brown vegetables on the stovetop first with not hot spots, then finish braising everything in the oven.
