I'm over the moon about my new Hestan CopperBond cookware set. It is truly the ultimate set, with 2 perfect size saucepans, a saute pan, 2 skillets, and a stockpot. I stayed away from Copper in the past because I felt it was old fashioned and delicate but CopperBond has a modern updated look that I really like. This is my first copper cookware and I'm hooked. It heats up fast and I feel like I have great control when I turn down the heat it responds quickly.
