This is a fantastic spatula! The teal color is fantastic and the one piece construction is exactly what we were looking for- no more icky gunk build up where to spatula meets the handle. We purchased Ela's Silicone Spatula and Ela's Straight Silicone Spatula at the same time and I recommend you do the same. The straight spatula is rigid and has a long work surface and the regular spatula is flexible at the tip. Both work great and clean up so easily.

This is the perfect size for working with my Kefir and Grains. A solid one piece design that won’t harbor bacteria, and flexible enough as to not damage the grains.

Pricey but worth it. Great quality and utilitarian for all needs.
