Nice sharp knife

Love the 6 “ Shun Classic Chef’s Knife. Our grandson who is a chef recommended it to me and I’ve been using it about 3 years now and have no complaints. It stays sharp with just the occasional use of a steel. I have only had to sharpen it once in 3 years. A definite winner!

This is such a high quality knife and I cannot express this enough. It has stayed sharp for over a year without sharpening. After sharpening, it is as razor sharp as the day it came out of the box. This knife does not disappoint.

I’ve had this knife for about 8 months and it’s still just as sharp as the day I got it. Just last weekend I sliced right through the tip of my thumb (user error, not the knife’s fault, obviously) and man was that a clean cut. I’ll never own a different knife brand

Great product I have a few different ones. This one was a gift for Mom.
