Couteau utilitaire 6 po Sora Ultimate

I thought I would try this unique shaped knife based on the narrative description. Although it does perform, it is not the best knife I have in my knife block but does an adequate job.

I'm a huge shun fan and saw this knife at my local William Sonoma. Way fair had it for a better price, and their shipping was super quick. However, even though the knife is very nice, I find myself reaching for my chefs knife or standard utility knife instead, the shape does not lend itself to the type of knife work I normally do. Still, it is a shun.

Love this knife. I use it for tomatoes, sandwiches, other vegetables. Its a great addition to my Shun 6" chef and 3" paring knives.

Too Big. . . needs to be approx 2/3 or half the size it is. It looks cool but the knife never gets used due to its size. I do not recommend thia knife. Also if feels cheap, the handle does not inspire confidence. I love Shun most my knifes are Shun but Wusthof makes a better utility, I said it. . .

The super sandwich knife! I love mine with a blade so sharp it can cut a full on Salami. My Tomatoes are scared of this knife.
