I did find the quality to be incredibly strong and it’s clear this is going to last a very long time. I do think it could have been a bit sharper. I tried on multiple items to get an idea of the strength of this knife. It’s definitely better for dicing as opposed to something like meat or bread. Cleaning was incredibly easy!

I recommend a magnetic knife block so the edges don’t get too blunt and to take it to a knife sharpener once it starts getting worn down.
