Poignée en acier inoxydable Flex-Core Spatula - Blanc

The Tovolo Flex-Core Silicone Spatula pairs a flexible silicone head with your choice of a stainless steel or natural wood handle for mixing, folding, scraping and spreading. Inside the head, a Flex-Core nylon core gives the rigidity to work through thick batters and heavy doughs, while the edges stay flexible and taper to a point to scrape a bowl clean. The tapered edges reach into the corners of bowls and pans and slide under eggs, cookies and pancakes. The BPA-free silicone head is heat safe to 600 degrees Fahrenheit and gentle on nonstick, ceramic and cast iron cookware. The stainless steel version is fully dishwasher safe. On the wood version, the silicone head detaches from the handle and goes in the dishwasher, and the wood handle is hand washed to protect its finish.
