Cuillère Flex-Core

The Tovolo Flex-Core Silicone Spoonula with Natural Wood Handle pairs an angled silicone head with an ergonomic wood handle for scooping, stirring, folding and scraping in one tool. The shallow bowl scoops batter and serves from the pot, and the angle keeps food in the spoon while you lift. Edges tapered to a sharp point reach into bowl corners so nothing gets left behind. A sturdy nylon core inside the head gives it rigidity for thick batters, while the flexible edges glide around bowl curves. The spoonula measures about 12.5 inches long with a 2.25 inch wide head. The BPA-free silicone head is heat safe to 600 degrees Fahrenheit, resists stains and odors, and is gentle on nonstick and cast iron. The silicone head is dishwasher safe. Hand wash the wood handle with mild soap and dry it before storing.
