The Tovolo Flex-Core Silicone Spatula with Natural Wood Handle pairs the warm feel of wood with a hardworking silicone head. A patented nylon core reinforces the head, so it tackles thick batters and hearty doughs without bending. The edges stay flexible and taper to a sharp point to scrape bowl sides clean. A rounded corner reaches into tight spots and the edges of pans, and the completely smooth surface spreads frosting evenly. Use it to scramble eggs, mix cake batter, spread frosting, or fold delicate ingredients. The food-grade silicone head is heat resistant up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit and will not scratch nonstick pans. For cleanup, the silicone head detaches from the handle and is dishwasher safe. Hand wash the wood handle with mild soap and water to protect its finish.
