Cuts like a dream!

These Classic steak knives are very sharp, ergonomic, and have a good heft while still being very light. I love the lifetime guarantee that comes with Wusthof. We actually replaced our Gourmet set after the rivets on the handles crumbled, with this Classic set. We paid the difference. I will say these knives are substantially more expensive but can't say they are twice+ the quality of the Gourmet line. Hoping these will last longer!

I was tired of my knives always becoming dull after a few months of use. I wanted a great set of knives. After researching a lot of different brands I decided to try the Wusthof knife. Although I thought they were a bit expensive, I do believe you get what you pay for, so I purchased one knife. I didn't want to invest a lot of money into a whole set until I tried it. I love these knives. After a few weeks of use I went online and ordered a whole set. I love that they have a big variety of knives and I could pick what I wanted in my set. I have been using them for over a year now and they truly are a great set of knives. I haven't had to sharpen one yet and they are extremely sharp still. Again, I love these knives.

I purchased some of the other, supposedly top rated steak knives from some of the competitors, and upon receiving them, found them to be about as dull as the ones I already had and returned them. I was very pleased with this purchase and they were distinctly much sharper and also bought an additional knife And the black to store the steak knives and I was happy with that purchase as well. This should it will be the last set of steak knives that we purchased. I’ve already worn our children to keep them when the day comes that we need to downsize as they are first appeared to anything else that we’ve had in our lifetime.
