Spatule longue Zwilling Pro

Just what I was looking for in a spatula. The lenght will allow you to turn food and stay away from the heat. It was longer than I expected but does the trick.

This will certainly get under those pie crusts or anything with a crust to help lift it. I am very pleased

At first, I thought this spatula was too long. But having used it for a while, I actually see the value of a longer spatula. Clean up is a breeze, and it also dices meats in skillet quite nicely.

wish it as a little wider then it would be perfect, well built want see how well it flips a pancake or omelet. they say it is great for icing large cakes which agree but I am not much of a baker.
