These cookie sheets are seriously the best I’ve ever used for baking! First of all, I LOVE how big they are. The 16 x 14-inch size gives you so much room, whether you’re baking a large batch of cookies at once or making those extra-large bakery-style cookies that need plenty of space to spread out.
But what really impressed me was how perfectly my cookies baked. They came out deliciously crunchy around the outside while staying soft and chewy on the inside. The insulated design helps circulate the heat more evenly, and I could definitely tell the difference!!Everything baked consistently without the bottoms getting overly browned or scorched.
The nonstick surface is also amazing. My cookies literally slid right off the pan without sticking or breaking apart, and cleanup afterward was so easy.
