Awful. .It was broken and the guy who had to put it up couldn’t even box it back (not his fault ) . What we doing about it

Worked for 3 hours

This fountain is beautiful. We had to hire someone to install it, but it was definitely worth the effort. The water flows softly over the slate and looks very dramatic in our entranceway

Terrible. It leaks constantly and splashes water outside the base. Very disappointed for how expensive it was. Returning it.

The fountain was a challenge to install, but well worth the time and effort. It is quiet and serene. We are very pleased with this purchase.

The fountain was easy to install. It is beautiful and materials used was very quality. It’s a little smaller than expected but overall it’s beautiful.

Thought it would look nice and provide background noise in a modern doctor's office. It has been nothing but problem since we got it. It has NEVER flowed properly, it drizzles on the sides, and sometimes in the middle, but at least 1/3 is always dry. Even when filled to the mark. Other times, water hits the rocks and splashes all over the floor and furniture, which is incredibly frustrating. Do your research. This thing weighs ALOT, so I am trying to figure out how replace it with something easier to maintain. It is not worth the money.

It has not been set up yet. We are in process of rebuilding our home since our entire neighborhood and surrounding areas were burned to ground during the Tubbs Fire, October 9, 2017. We purchased early to prepare support in the walls to support this fountain. We are looking forward to the time when it is installed and we are able to go home. Thank you

I love the fountain. I am originally from upper Michigan which is copper country so this is right up my ally. The fountain is VERY heavy. I am disappointed with the quality a bit. The slate can not be centered properly because the top was machined off center. I can't return it because is too heavy and cumbersome to do so. Plus it cost me $300 to have someone hang it. I am also concerned that the pump is starting to make a humming noise. It did not do that a week ago. Other than that it is beautiful
