I ordered a picture and it was delayed. It took several weeks to get it. I called customer service and they were very helpful and did all they could do to help me. It finally arrived and it was worth the wait. I love it.

My picture finally arrived and is damaged. I can’t text Wayfair customer support to remedy this. I am a very dissatisfied customer!

This is an exceptional picture with quality and reflects my theme to the fullest

Beautiful painting but both times came damaged (frame cracked). The first time big crack on the frame. This second time, it was at one of the corners. This has been very disappointing to usually receive damageddefective from WayFair consistently. My spouse and I decided to stop ordering from wayfair going forward because it is just a hassle to deal with returning damaged items or discarding them and then waiting for a new replacement, only to find out the replacement part is also damaged. Looks like there is something fundamentally wrong with how wayfair does it’s Quality control.

Perfect! No issues with staples gouging the frame (as others had posted.) Great painting for my Parisian kitchen.
