UPDATE one year-post install: despite how sluggish this unit is to turn the light on, I was generally happy with its fan function. Well, one year after (professional) installation, it's started making horrendous clicking noises seemingly at random. Forget about trying to sleep with the fan on. Wish I'd never bought it. Had this installed by my usual electrician. There's a significant delay between hitting the button for the light and having the light actually come on, which is quite annoying. The remote is also bulky and clunky looking. Other than that, it works well for my space.

Works really good. Lots of light.... BUT, I wish I paid more attention to the fact that the lighting is integrated, meaning, when the lightbulb burns out, you have to replace the whole fan. I hope this trend disappears, because I have to hire an electrician for that, plus the expense of a new fan.

Very nice fan. Quiet when running.

Easy to install. Don’t like the huge remote and how you attach to wall. We left it off and separate. On the plus side the remote is easy to find because it’s huge. Nice quiet fan with great speed.
