Déçu de mon achat après seulement quelques mois mon liminaire fait default quand je l’éteint avec la télécommande il r’allume toute seul après une seconde.Je sais plus quoi faire.

It looks nice but cheap quality, when I assembled I couldn’t tighten the middle of screw completely. It still looses so I need to refund and reorder different models.

Received in one day. Bought on Black Friday.  needed a modern kitchen light. The offset design was what I needed because of how the original light was set up. Instructions were good and the QR code installation video was helpful. Product quality was above average. Wish it was a little longer though I knew it was only 40 inches and I wish it would get a little brighter, but it has several modes of lighting and I have other lights in the room. It was easy to put together. I think it would’ve been a lot easier if they provided a paper template to place on the ceiling to help line up the two mounting points.  I put this up myself and after placing up the main attachment, I use electrical tape To temporarily tape up the wire, while I measured it with a tape measure and a level to make sure that it lined up nicely with the other side.

The quality of the part is very bad. The assembly instructions were poor. The nut that is supposed to adjust the height was not working. I even burned the plastic cover on the metal wire in an attempt to ease the nut to slide up, but I still couldn't get the nut to slide up.

The home we are renovating has an off-center dining room ceiling electrical box. When we saw this pendant light, we thought it was a perfect solution for centering lighting over the dining table. The package arrived from Wayfair with all the parts. The combination of written instruction plus video on the internet made it easy to understand how to install. Everything from the manufacturer is high quality. The light on and off is controlled using any standard wall switch. The fixture comes with a handheld remote controlling dimming and light color change. A wall dimmer from the hardware store will not work with this unit. The handheld remote also permits the fixture’s use as a nightlight. When putting together, care must be taken to ensure the horizontal rod is tight and straight before attaching it to the ceiling. Everything else is quite simple.

Box sent with random pieces. Had to return it for a refund. Was extremely disappointed. Never had a issue with any other online orders.
