Worth it, we use it on our screened in porch area away from weather and sun. I could see this taking a beating if it is out in the sun & rain & not lasting long. If it’s out of rain and direct sun it will last a long time. Being able to wash the cushion covers is a plus

Set looks beautiful and high-end! The cushions look a bit more yellow but still nice. My cushions were left out in rain and water beaded up and brushed off easily. No stains! Cushions are very firm. Set is not for someone who has difficulty getting up as set sits quite low to the ground. Very pleased with the set.

So far the Pazel Outdoor set is working well. We received the whole set within 4 days of ordering which is unheard of these days and was appreciated. The way the chairs are assembled, you have to use allen keys by hand and can't use power tools, so it's very time consuming. The set came with a few issues including scuffs on some of the chair frames, one of the chairs was cracked, and one was missing an embedded nut, however AllModern was easy to work with and were willing to replace the whole set or offered a discount to cover the damage. The chairs are a little low to the ground and the cushions are pretty stiff, but otherwise the furniture set looks amazing and works well for us. We have a lot of trees around that drop debris and the beige cushions are already getting stained, so I recommend buying covers.

I loved the look of this outdoor sectional, and I was excited to get it. It came several months late and only part of it arrived. I called customer service and they were very helpful. They couldn’t replace just pieces so they sent a new set. Once the set was put together it looked great. I searched for a long time to find a set that had cushion straps so the cushions would blow off with the wind. So I was pleased that these had the straps that Velcro around the wooden furniture. After a few months I started to notice discoloration amount the different cushions. 6 months into owning this set we had a snow storm. I hadn’t had the chance to put a furniture cover on them yet, and when the snow melted I was heartbroken to see that most pieces were ruined with the stain coming off. I would NOT PURCHASE AGAIN!

We purchased this set on May 13, 2021 and received the final club chairs to complete the set on June 4, 2021. For those who order the set please note that it arrives in 6 large boxes. Unfortunately, the boxes don’t all arrive at once and you’ll be left wondering when the next box will show up. I called wayfair multiple times in order to obtain progress reports. Some of the customer service representatives did agree to provide me with the tracking numbers so that was appreciated. The set itself is lovely. A little low but very comfortable. The cushions are firm and a nice beige colour. Although, in some lights the cushions have a yellow undertone. It took my husband about 15 minutes to assemble each chair. He’s highly skilled he says. All together there are nine chairs for the sectional. They all connect individually with a metal latch. We were missing one too. We did have another missing part issue but a call to Wayfair fixed the issue to our satisfaction.
