The pergola is just what we were looking for! We like the fact we can have them louvers open or closed same with the curtains/ screens. Really enjoying it! But a note on the install, the welds inside to hold the screws made it somewhat difficult to install. The screws stripped out easily and the welds would break, so some of the screws are sticking out. Made the install a bit frustrating. Husbsnd and I did it in about 6 hours. It's a beautiful addition to our deck and we are enjoying it! I would only recommend getting it on sale!

Delivery process was very professional and punctual! Item itself came with multiple damaged main parts and a few missing brackets! If this inconvenience didn’t occur, it would probably be a 5star for me. The pergola itself looks durable and sturdy, it’s just unfortunate that the process to correct the issue is so inefficient for the customer!

Pergola looks great, but was a pain in the you know what to assemble. You will need multiple people, up to 4 at times, to maneuver. I had 3 pieces that were severely damaged during shipping. I reached out with pictures of the damage and was offer 4 different options for replacement or reimbursement. I was very satisfied with the quick reply and the offers provided. I understand that issues happen and do not hold them accountable for the damage. They are responsible for the response to eh damage and it was handled quickly and effectively.

Some mishaps when assembling. 1 pole was bent. Some screws did not screw in as the piece was missing. After a week on and off finally got it together

So beautiful, would have given 5 stars if the netting didn’t come broken

The delivery of my pergola was great. I drivers arrived on time and were very professional. They put all the heavy boxes into my garage as requested and then they were on their way in to time. A streamline process ✅

Pergola is beautiful but when we received the item, the packaging was damaged. There were a lot of dents on the posts. One of the curtain didn’t have a tie sewn onit same as the rest.
