Product arrived with a mangled box barely holding together with lots of tape. All pieces were accounted for, however many intersections of the poats and joints were bent. I had to bend them back to assemble the canopy. Multiple of the locking knobs were sketchy on durability and were easy to pull apart the joining points they were supposed to hold.
Despite all the faults in this product I still assembled it and put my vehicle under it. I shouldn't have trusted the integrity of the canopy. I should have just sent it back without assembling it. The canopy lasted about two months. I came home one day and it was upended on my truck. I inspected the canopy and saw that one of the leg joints popped out and was bent from the wind. I suspect that due to the failure of the joint the rest of the canopy caught the wind and up turned it. ...and yes I had the canopy tied down with the given string. With no sign of fraying the strings broke.
Positives are, fast shipping, and affordable. I hope that there customer service is good. I will update if it is. Photos soon to be uploaded.
