Our kids have loved this, but outgrew it quickly beyond age 4. The slide has also cracked and broken and we need to order replacement parts. The warranty says 5 years, but that's only for wood parts. Plastic parts are only covered for one year.

Love it!! And it looks beautiful it took us 4 days to finish it but it was only my husband and I. We though it was going to be worse when we read the reviews but it was actually better than expected.

Most of the wood was chipped that was delivered. Sucks that the return policy is only good for 30 days cause we would have returned it but we barely put it together about 4 weeks ago. We are pretty upset about it since we spent $1500 on it.

DO NOT BUY ASSEMBLY THROUGH WAYFAIR. The set has been sitting in boxes for 3 weeks now after being rescheduled for install 6 times now. Customer service could inadequately remedy and now we’re having to return the product entirely.

Come with one piece broken and the window missing a screw

This thing is awesome. I put it together in a weekend and it is already a kid favorite in the yard. Very sturdy construction good for 2 or 3 kids per floor. The slide is huge and can handle up to about 80lbs, was a little rough to put together but I muscled through. Great buy

Great product and super cute. Recommend a couple sets of hands to put together. Also if the company could not use black ink on dark brown wood to number the pieces that would be fantastic.
