Well...I love the smoker going on 3 years now. Now I have a major problem with the chimney. I was getting it ready to smoke some meat and was cleaning out the chimney and discovered the bottom portion of of chimney (back sidewall) was gone, not there just the insulation. So now it's pretty much WORTHLESS only after 3 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picked up used and it makes my Weber feel archaic! Almost nothing to complain about. If I had to choose something it would be that the griddle doesn't heat perfectly even, but sometimes that's actually a good thing. Also, the grill doesn't ship with a great place for griddle spatula etc., but I just purchased a magnetic bar and all is well :)
