Really love my new pergola. The only thing is the top part is not waterproof. Other than that, it looks really nice on my deck.

Well built heavy structure and although it says you need 4 people to assemble, it got sketchy at times, but I built it myself and it looks awesome.

Price, construction, material used and the delivery were outstanding.

Would Not reccomend purchasing. Not for that price. PROS: Easy to assemble. But need 2 or more people. Sturdy And the design is beautiful. CONS: faux wood finish is terrible, discolored with dry drip marks of paint on 4 main pillars and they sent replacement parts that looked exactly the same. I needed a shade area right away so I just picked out the least defective faux finished pieces and put it up. Wayfair did give me a discount for the defective product. I have had it for a year and it is starting to rust at the connection areas and all the faux wood painted parts are now light pink. I will need to repaint this after only having it a year.

Looks nice initially but over time it’s getting completely rusted. Now rust is leaking on our patio we put it on after it rains and is causing rust stains hard to get out with a pressure washer. Within the first few months I’ve already had to call to have parts replaced that have rusted off and broke. I’ve waited a few years to write a review thinking my opinion of this pergola has changed but it hasn’t.

Set up wasn't bad, took 3 hours with the two of us. Looks really nice right away. Overall disappointed with quality, it is already rusting in a bunch of spots and we've only owned it for 8 months and we took it down for winter time and stored it inside. Customer support is not doing anything to help, so I'd like to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else

Gorgeous pergola! Me and my husband put it together ourselves in 3 12 hours. Probably would have went quicker if we had help but definitely doable with only two people! Matches our patio perfectly!

Beautiful pergola! I love the light color. It’s very sturdy, even without being anchored. It’s great that you can slide the shade up and down as needed. Took about 3 hours with 2 people to put together. Great buy!

We gave it 4 stars because it arrived in a damaged box, but other then that it was great, no missing parts, just alittle dent in one of the rafters. We put it together in about 3 1/5 hours, it sturdy, beautiful exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Wayfair.

I gave it a 3 because I really love the style and tones this has compared to others.. unfortunately I haven't had luck purchasing bigger ticket items through wayfair without some sort of malfunction which is so frustrating.. wayfair has always been understanding but time after time I come back to order something just to be disappointed again.. this time we put the whole thing together just to find out the last 4 screws for the top don't fit cause the internal pieces are broken.. there's no way at this point it's coming down for a return just to put another one together.. I also wished there was a way to keep both sides of the canopy up to the top to make a bigger clearance to walk through but the way this works doesn't allow for that..
