Received the order. One of the chairs has clear scratches on it. Immediately reported it to Wayfair, including with clear pictures of the scratches. 2 weeks later and issue is still not resolved. I am in the return period and all I want is to replace the chair, so amazing how difficult that is proving to be! Overall, a pretty disappointing customer service experience.

Sturdy and low-profile for smaller front porch area.

These are comfortable and smart chairs for S. Florida where it is humid and gross most of the year. They are well built in aluminum and are stackable during hurricanes. I’m not even done completing our back yard and people are commenting about how nice these look

Light weight, easy to handle, good looking. The welding is not well done in regard to its looks, but it is sturdy.

They are beautiful and go nicely with our new table. If they holdup as promised by the manufacturer, we will be very happy. Also, a "Thank You" to the two Wayfair employees that worked so hard with me to select the right chair for my needs.

Great customer service. When things go wrong…”They fix it!”.

These worked out just perfectly. Only issue was the plastic leg caps were mostly broken (which doesn't much affect functionality) and Wayfair offered to remedy (quickly!) and accordingly.

These chairs are just okay quality wise. There are numerous scratches on the aluminum and messy weld joints. What bothers me most of all is that they are described as being gray and they are taupe which is a brownish grey. My house and deck are true grays so they are not what I had in mind. Too bad I cut up the boxes already!!

Items are lightweight and sturdy. Easy to stack and store.
