We love our pergola! We found ot easy to install, appears sturdy, affixed it to.our deck and we are looking forward to years of enjoyment! It's been rainy of late and we find that water accumulates in the top cover that protects the sunshade, however, we make sure to push up the cover up with a broom and it empties the water nicely. But really that is to be expected with exterior items. We are nevertheless very satisfied and we thank you Wayfair for a beautiful and awesomely priced gazebo!!!

Good value for the money. Hasn’t been through strong winds or storms yet so not sure how it will hold up in harsh conditions. Canopy is held in extended position with magnets. Was opening up in a strong breeze yesterday so may have to tie it in position which would not be a big deal. Overall we like it)

We like the pergola,the directions were terrible.

Easy to assemble, but helpful to have an extra person. Looks great but had to weight it down.

Looks great, but just didn’t work for the house

The pergola looks nice once it’s up but the directions could be a lot better. Just pictures, no words which made it more difficult to put together. Also, the dimensions are not from post to post, they include the portion that of the rails that go past the post which made it smaller than we thought.

The pergola is not 8‘ x 11‘. Wayfair always miss sizes their products. This pergola is over 9 feet wide by almost 12 feet. It did not fit the space that I wanted to put it in because of the miss sizing on the website. Wayfair was horrible. When I tried to return it it took forever and I still haven’t gotten my refund payment. Wayfair customer service went from amazing to 100% horrible and I don’t understand why. I will never buy a product off of this website again.

Nice construction, easy to assemble, and great retractable shade. The product is wider than 8’ almost about 8’-6” outside post to outside post so just be aware of that.

Great pergola. Instructions were a little difficult to follow but we are very happy with the product.
