Cannot handle the weight of water. Fabric sagged under weight and then tire in the middle. Metal legs buckled as well.

I installed this on my patio a week ago to get shade. It was great for that. We had a heavy rain last night. The pictures show the result.

Ya know, I loved this thing until we got rain! I installed it a few weeks ago with my lag bolts and it wouldn't even move in heavy winds! I thought it would last! BUT nope! The rain weighed the middle of the tarp down and had it rip and collapse right down the middle!!! Even though it slopes down for the rain to run off, it can not handle a downpour or heavy rain. It's a shame too because I love the look but it won't last. I believe another reviewer had the same problem after it rained. I do not recommend!! The pics clearly show the rain weighed the middle down and snapped the one leg right off the base. The other legs didn't come out of the deck either. I'm pursuing a refund, because this thing isn't cheap! Take my advise, don't buy this. Buy an umbrella you can put down when not using!!! ughhhh

Shipping, delivery and installation was great. Just got some rain yesterday and i see water is leaking from center and few other spot. Seems i got defective canopy. Did not verify windy conditions yet. Update on 16-JUN-2021 Issue with defective canopy fixed right away and they send the replacement one in just couple of day. Appreciate their customer service. This one was my very first order from wayfair.com

Three of the parts came bented so can’t assemble. Vendor contacted me and I ordered replacement part but then haven’t heard back so am stuck with these metals In my backyard right now.

Very easy to put together. Direction called for two or more people. I did it by myself. Very sturdy. I'm using it as a carport.

I bought 2 of these canopies a couple of months ago. They seemed pretty sturdy looked nice on the back of my house. We live in KY, so we get rain thunderstorms throughout the summer months. The canopies seemed to weather the rain well, until the last rain showers we got. The rain normally runs off the angled fabric, but this time it started sagging, the middle metal bar bent one of the canopies ripped. They definitely weren’t worth the money for only a couple of months use!

This gazeebo is pretty awesome! The material blocks sunlight extremely well. To me,the instructions were a little difficult to follow when I attempted to assemble it. However, my husband came out and did it in about 1hour1/2. You definitely will need 2 hands to put up the finished product. I do recommend that if its on concrete...perhaps drill with concrete screws to anchor it if, you will be using as a permanent fixture. The quality of the canopy is very thick. The poles are relatively sturdy. We don't have it anchored yet and it's on concrete and it's holding up fine for now. Overall great product and even better price!

Junk water collects in the center

Easy to put up and provides exactly the shade we needed. Like a sail shade but without having to connect to a structure. It was really hard to find something that had the proper amount of height to reach the 9ft entrance to the building. Will be ordering another!
