Poles and mounting brackets heavy and solid .We drilled holes into concrete pool deck and used included concrete bolt system. They dont tell you what size drill bit to use and I think the bolts are metric. I tried to find an English size concrete bit that seemed close, but some of the bolts did not hold well in the holes and with wind on the sun shade loosened and partially pulled out. We got a pool ladder from Wayfair and they included the right size concrete bit with the concrete bolts, which worked well.

Strong, sturdy and nice looking. We poured concrete pads because we get a lot of wind. If you put too much tension on them they do bend a little because we got the 12' ones. If you need to have a lot of tension you would probably be best with square steel posts.

These poles are quite thick, as you can see in my picture. I made a mistake, and ordered this kit with three poles, which would be for a triangular shade. My shade is rectangular, so pay attention to the number of poles The kit looks to be of high quality, and has everything need to hang a shade sail

This single shade sail pole has a heavy weight base and the joining poles are quite sturdy. Directions are fairly straightforward and installation should be easy once we get the shade in and our footings poured.

This shade sail pole set is very strong and of high quality. I plan to use them on my large, 20 x 10 shade sail. My weather is very humid and wet part of the year and also has a high UV level, so I need something of this quality to withstand the elements. I will buy these again for the shade sails I will put by my pool.

Great design for sail canopies. The kit contains everything needed to hang a shade sail on your patio or back yard, we are using this kit for a shade sail over our spa.

Ordered Dec 22 and delivered Jan 2. Actually, they tried to deliver on Dec 30 and we weren’t home…very quick delivery. The pipes are well wrapped in bubbles. Have been looking forward to getting this kit to hang a large sail shade which had to come down due to flimsy pole…this is not flimsy. Will get it up in the next week or two and add new picture.

Well made and heavy duty pole. Screws together nicely and tight fit Im sure it wont wobble or bend when installed.

Packaged well, with poles also individually wrapped. This sail installation kit is made of Heavy duty material. It is slightly heavier than I expected. Can’t wait to have my sitting area finished for it to be installed.

Putting up a large shade sail could be done with eye hooks and twine, but this hardware anchoring kit can't be beat for getting the job done right and knowing you can walk away and not find it blown over into the neighbors yard. The only thing I thought was not the highest quality were the screws which I replaced with the longer stronger hex drives. For the price you get a lot of mounting hardware for the money.
