Impossible to assemble. Pre-drilled holes do not align with their counterparts. I have 2 professional carpenters working on it, and they are losing their minds. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT! YOU WILL REGRET IT! 1. Photo 1 shows bar - Spec sheet says it should be 41.5" high. It is 48 inches high, unusable. 2. Installed, the right post is totally out of plumb. 3. The Upper right bracing bar does not mount flush with the post, resulting in instability. 4. Mounting space for electric outlet, holes not drilled. 5. Lest corner cross brace fitting, holes not drilled. 6 Cross Brace has only one of the 2 required bolt holes drilled. 7. Same for the other cross brace. 8 bolts to attach decorative cedar slats across the front of the bar have bolts too short to even protrude through the cedar slats, and therefore the cedar slats cannot be mounted.

I recently set up the ceder outdoor bar in my backyard and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Assembly was straightforward thanks to pre-cut and pre-drilled pieces, and it took about 6–8 hours to complete.

Absolutely beautiful!! Everything from ordering (customer service), the price, the delivery set up was great! Everything was in the boxes as stated. Nothing was chipped, missing or broken. My husband put it together all by himself, it took him 2 days (only because he’s a perfectionist) it looks great! We now have bar stools, a TV all things bar related hooked up we couldn’t be happier with our purchase!! I would def purchase this again we would def recommend it to anyone interested in this type of outdoor entertaining!

Nice. But a couple of my pieces were damaged. Wood seems of quality. Feel it was damaged during delivery. Not to hard to put together so far. Definitely needs two or more to assemble.

Absolutely horrible experience. First of all. I put this in my cart when it was listed at 999. We decided it to purchase it the next day, and by then they’d increased the price by 200. We decided to buy it anyways, and within 24 hours got an email telling me to buy the same product for 999… I reached out and asked for them to adjust the price and they basically told me to F off. It arrived and today we unpacked everything and had friends come over to help us put together. Piece after piece was dented, chipped, split, broken. There were missing pieces that prevented us from building even the basic outline. Customer service was utterly useless and now we have to fully repack 4 huge boxes, and find a way to haul 100lb boxes to a fedex or they won’t give us our money back. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Had to have this when I ran across it. Very classy looking! My hubby put it together alone 6 hrs 1 day then finished next day. The legs came with missing paint on a few of them and a big gauge on the other leg. The plug for electric one of the 3 prongs were broken off. Wayfair immediately sent me replacements on all of the issues. No charge nothing. Very easy to deal with. No questions asked just show pics. I’ve enjoyed the bar a lot already. If you’re going to put a tv I felt 43 was too big. We need to place wood on the back of gazebo to cover the open slats so rain doesn’t get inside gazebo. It really covers everything well and no complaints. Would def recommend!!!! I haven’t completed decorating at all but love my bar so much! Tip jar was a joke! lol

Over all looks good. Reason for 3 starts is most the wood came dented, broken or cracked.

Damaged and missing parts. Long delays in getting replacement parts. Over two months and still have not received four of six replacement parts. Customer service is mostly not available during so-called working hours. Long holds. Completely unresponsive to emails. Lousy experience!

Great bar when completed. Instructions are a little vague about where to line up pre-drilled holes . Took 6-7 hours to assemble with 2 people.

4 boxes arrived very quickly unfortunately one of the boxes was the wrong one and they couldn’t swap it for the correct one, they could only refund me and arrange collection of all the boxes as the gazebo is now out of stock. Really really disappointed with them.
