I bought 4 and all 4 are Missing the top (roof) piece

Basic. Functional. Was easy to assemble.

Perfect windbreak to add to our panels. Be sure you stake your panels down and use heavy stock panels if you live in a windy area.

It’s misleading and I probably can’t read I thought it might be the whole thing not just a cover

I had misread - and thought the kit came with everything I needed. No poles or fencing are included.
