This pergola is much more solid and sturdy than most you’ll see at the big box stores. Instructions are straightforward and everything is labeled. I’m happy with it overall. Not to say there aren’t issues. Some of the welds are poor quality. I also had to deal with a couple of dents that made it hard to join pieces. All the bolts are 10mm, even for the base, which seems to be undersized. The shipping box looked like it was dropped from a moving vehicle…it was really bashed up but fortunately everything was in pretty good shape. Lastly, the paint scratches off easily so you need to be careful during assembly. Overall I’m happy with the purchase and hope to get many years of service.

We are glad to finally have our own pergola!

This is an absolutely beautiful pergola and went together very well. A few of the screws weren’t working properly, however, they include extras so this was not an issue. Be very careful when you unpack this as there are some plastic pieces, and some of ours were broken, you’re going to want to make sure you set everything down gently and check over it before assembling to make sure that yours arrive all in one piece! I am pretty sure that the damage was done in transit and I could have asked for new pieces, but we were anxious to get it assembled. We were still able to assemble the product and turn the broken pieces up toward the top so they couldn’t be seen . We absolutely love the adjustable shade! This was easy to put together and at one point did take three people.

This worked out great for us. The only con is that the shade/cover fills with a lot of water when it rains. You have to be sure to empty it which means pouring it all off.

I love my pergola, very happy with my purchase.

Strong in high winds which is a must where we live. During extremely high winds, we feel more comfortable lowering the cover. This is our second year enjoying it.

its a good product with a few laws. Received with a few tears in the canopy but not real bad. Pay attention to the holes in the picture. Make sure the side with three holes in side bars are facing in, it will save you hours the directions are pretty good but a note should be placed about how the 4 bars that hold it up should be placed.

It is a pleasure looking into my back yard from my kitchen seeing the birds enjoying the feeders hanging from the pergola.

I’m very pleased with my pergola. It was not difficult to assemble. But was easier as a two person job. Handy Assembly service sent 2 people who did a great job. Fabric slides easily from side to side to shut out the sun. It is anchored to my deck and is quite comfortable. I would definitely purchase it again.
