My kids got me the electric Westinghouse pizza oven for Christmas. It might be a good one, but with zero instructions the odds are the average consumer is going to have a simular experience to the one I had. I watched a dozen videos on how to make a good pizza crust and sauce and that wasn't the problem. The problem is that at first my pizza stuck to the peal when I tried to slide it in. I put a lot of flour on the peal before I put the pizza on it and it didn't matter. When it did finally slide off the peal it went to far and stuck the back of the inside if the oven. I tried to pull the pizza forward with the spatula but it wouldn't pull forward. The problem is I didn't know if it was just stuck to the bar in the middle of the back wall or if there is a gap back there and part of my pizza was hanging down on the burners. I didn't know what to do so I unplugged the oven and tried sliding the stone out with the pizza. The stone came out but the pizza didn't not. Now my doughy pizza is lying directly on my burners and it was so hot all I could do is watch it continue to cook to the bottom of the pizza oven and burners. When if finally cooled down enough for me to put my hand in there to clean it out the pizza what cooked to the bottom of the oven and it been such a narrow space it was difficult to clean the cheese and dough and sauce out of the oven. There are a lot of nooks and cranes that are almost impossible to get the pizza out of. Eventually I got enough cleaned out that I turned the oven back on and burned the rest out. It was smoking so bad my wife was afraid it was going to catch on fire. Not to give up I tried a 2nd pizza in the oven. This time I slide the stone out and put the pizza on it. This I slide them both into the oven together. The results were that when you slide a cold stone into the oven the temperature drops over 300 degrees and pizza ends up doughy on the bottom an burnt on top. The Westinghouse oven might be best on the market but no one will ever know because your competition loads up YouTube with instructional videos and you provide.a 30 second promotional video that makes it look easy which adds insult to injury..
