Spa and cover arrived today, sooner than expected! (took 11 days from date of order). Delivery company was very easy to deal with and the hot tub was packaged so well it arrived in perfect condition. It looks exactly as pictured and described. I have yet to hook everything up and get it running but I know that customer service is a phone call away if I need any help.. Josie. Maricopa, AZ. Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if youre hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a 220v hot tub would. We just got ours set up this week and plan on only running it from May through Sept.. Alissa. New Haven, MI. Sun Oct 11 2026
