I love how fast the water heats. With a large family, there’s no more waiting for the hot water to catch up. I replaced a 25 year old Rinnai with a newer model 6 months ago. I wouldn’t go any other way. They are built to last!

I had a Rinnai tankless water heater installed when I built my house in 2004. It function flawlessly, with no maintenance, for 21 years. It delivered hot water quickly, and continuously whenever it was required, with no interruptions. As preventive maintenance, I replaced the original with the upgraded version of the same Rinnai model in January. Same story, it functions flawlessly, producing hot water on demand for the washing machine, dishwasher and showers. I cannot imagine having any other make and model of a water heater for my home other than a Rinnai.

Instantaneous water as long as you have a unit with a built-in recycle pump or have an add-on recycling pump

There is nothing to dislike, it heats up quickly and we have not experienced any problems with any Rinnai product

better water heating efficiency for sure, much less risk of a leak into the house with a huge tank. Takes too long to heat up at times, and trying to figure out what the app does and if you actually have recirculation or can use it is ridiculously confusing. Installing the wifi sensor was an absolute snap (easy).
