What a nightmare. When I originally placed this order the top and bottom were listed for the sales price. When it arrived and they placed the bottom I was thrilled with the quality. Then I asked where the top was. They said that was all they had. Wayfair put in a missing piece request to the manufacturer and pointed out to them their listing was misleading when the manufacturer said I had only ordered the bottom. So, the manufacturer changed their listing and refused to send the top. Wayfair tried to get them to see me the top only and they wouldn’t do that. So they wanted me to return the bottom, then they would ship it back to me again and provide the top as well for a new price. Crazy to send it back to only get it delivered again Wayfair tried to reach the manufacturer again and they never responded again. Too bad the manufacturer has zero customer service skills because the cabinet was well made but we will never purchase from them again.
