Parfait et très utile, merci pour cet article.

I'm loving this silicone-edged slotted spatula for sautéing and gentle frying. Scrapes up nicely for flipping food in non-stick/ceramic coated pans. Mostly using for frying eggs and fish.

I was in love with this spatula until I wasnt. The edge did not hold up to scraping at stuck food and is ripped and torn. I really wanted a replacement for plastic spatulas but this isn't it.

Looking forward to using it but thought it would be a smidge more flexible
