VERY CHEAPLY MADE. Its an expense chair in cost. But the remote doesn’t work (possibly a short in the wiring) and the chair itself is really small. There are a lot of wires that stick out everywhere and get unplugged everytime you recline or try to put up. I can’t even put it down and there is no way to manually put it up. A waste of money.

I am very disappointed with this chair! I have only been using it for 2 12 weeks and it has springs popping up against the fabric. I’m returning it for a full price refund. A 500.00 chair should not have a problem like this does…

Love it and all it’s features.

I bought 2 identical chairs. Color is beautiful but did not come with arm covers or headrest covers as other recliners I’ve bought. I don’t think this fabric is going to hold out cuz pictured is the footrest after just a few hours. The chair has no lumbar support and the bottom cushion is too deep for me to get back into the chair enough. After awhile I tried a pillow behind me to try to help my back pain (which only started with the chair use) could only stand being in the chair for those few hours total. As soon as my husband got home I had him switch it out with my old recliner. I was looking for this to be my comfort chair and it is totally unusable to me. I will definitely return mine my husband is going to try his out for awhile.
