This gazebo seems to be of good quality however, two of the posts were damaged and two roof supports were missing. We contacted customer support who advised that they would have to create a work order before they could send replacement parts and they would send an email to advise of status. We did not want the posts because the damaged ones were still functional, but we could not proceed with putting this up without the roof supports. So far its been 3 days with no email confirmation and we have a partial gazebo. I really hope customer service comes through and does the right thing. We can not contact them on the weekend as they are not open. In the past wayfairs customer service has been great, as I seem to have issues OFTEN.
