I originally ordered this gazebo in March 2024. It took my son by himself a couple days to install it but it was absolutely perfect. A rare Atlanta snow storm caved it in and damaged the rails. Fortunately a customer service rep advised me to get the protection plan. I as reluctant but did it anyway. Contacted Wayfair and submitted pics and my service plan agreement and now I have a brand new gazebo that was delivered in about a week. Thanks Wayfair for the excellent customer service

The second one I have bought from Wayfair it’s worked out for us. Great value looks good.

This was good while it lasted! Maybe some my fault as I left it up! Wind ripped the top to shreds! I made sure to get all the numbers to get another top but guess what it’s not anywhere to be found! Would not recommend!

I purchased replacement plan been trying for a yr or better to get issue redolved, everything is mold or mildew damage inside now they should pay for it all or refund with new one also everything is at lost for now

Ripped in first season. Tried to put it up this year and its basically falling apart at all seams! Ive had canopies for years but invested more this year for what I tog was nicer. Big mistake! This did not even last one 3 month season!! Compete junk. So disappointed. Cant find a replacement either (

Wayfair advertises this jewel as an 11'x11' Gazebo. The delivered box of this product says its a 10'x10' Gazebo. Does that qualify as misrepresentation? On top of that 2 of the parts were not usable because (1) they were bent, before packed, and (2) assembled with a part upside down so the Gazebo cannot be assembled at my home. Replacement parts are estimated to arrive in a little over a month. Thanks Wayfair. No thanks. Not again.

I like the product - easy to put together but several pieces bent and the tarp cover ripped at one corner. Sent photos and descriptions to company and then received email to send photos and descriptions to them. Apparently they ignored what I sent so customer service is lousy.
