We bought and assembled this last year (2022). Gazebo does require multiple people to install, but was not difficult after following instruction videos online. All parts received with no damage. We also installed at shade on the one side to help with the afternoon sun. After a full year, the gazebo still looks like new and survived a Michigan winter with no issues. Looking forward to many more years of use.

This worked out perfect for us! Took a while to assemble, but well worth it!

This gazebo is awesome! Very sturdy. We did need about 5 adults to help put it together. The roof is metal so more than a few people are needed to hold the pieces up. We love it!

Beautiful gazebo. Definitely good quality and made to withstand the New England weather. Had some slight defects in the wood from the mill but we made it work. My first gazebo got lost in transit by wayfair and had to wait 3 months for it. Wayfair’s customer service is really great but after our gazebo was lost, the case Manager was not helpful and said large purchases get Lost very often. He no longer would return my phone calls or emails when inquiring on why the delivery date kept changing. The handy service is ok. From what I’ve been told by the handy workers, they’re not told ahead what they’re scheduled to build. My first helper was unable to finish building the gazebo in 8 hours. The second booking took another 7 hours. The roof is very difficult and you will definetly need 3 people to put roof together and attach it. That took the most time because wood beams were warped and it was not evident until you try to line up bolt holes and wood in general. We were so excited to finally receive our gazebo and have already received many compliments on it. It’s beautiful and worth the money with the cost of lumber right now.
