Support pour grand format Grand

This banner stand works to hold up a 7lb acoustic blanket in front of a window (to cut down on the noise from outside). I have the stand about 85" high and 44" wide. It's a little flimsy due to the height; two different bars slid down during setup, after I thought I had tightened them enough. The stand is okay once it's setup; but I have doubts about it's durability if I was travelling and had to setup/takedown frequently. It would have been easier if I'd had another person to help set it up; But I was still able to do it on my own.

I bought this banner as an upgrade for my old one for convention banners and displays. I must say that they are surprisingly light weight. It is sturdy enough to handle extreme big canvas banners and it takes about 10 mins to setup. Two notes on the setup: 1) Keep a Philips screwdriver handy because the poles and the standing feet are fastened by screws that require a Philips screwdriver, 2) It is best to have 2 people setting it up because raising the poles beyond 6 ft of height become too difficult for just one person to maintain balance and level. The value I get from this banner stand is superb. The banner stand can also double as a photographic muslin holder so you don't have to buy another one. You can always get the expansion system for this banner stand if you want to mount a bigger muslin. So you are getting 2 stands in one!
