It does take 2 people to put this base together. It works exactly as designed. I purchased a 12 inch firm memory foam mattress and it is perfect. Love this base.

Fedex took over a week to deliver the box. The bed is awesome just need fedex to step it up.

Only one side of the base is adjustable. Please do not waste your money. Not easy to assemble.

I think it’s good for somebody who has some mechanical skills

This adjustable base was very affordable and easy to assemble. The only feature I wish it had was to raise or lower the overall. Height of the bed, but the controls for the G force or the head or feet levels, work really great. Also, the back raises to a very nice position to sit upright. I chose the queen and it fits great in my room.

Unfortunately after spending hours putting it together, the motor for head did not work. They couldn’t send just the motor part so sent the whole thing as a replacement. Now it works but it was more time to have to spend getting it right. Also, it’s quite loud. But the worst part is Wayfair’s customer service. I’ve now spent hours upon hours not just putting it together but having to deal with their horrible customer service to return to stupid thing. So not worth it. Will never buy from Wayfair again!!! Insert expletives here.

Heavy, a little hard to put together alone, but works wonders! Love it! Would by again from the company!

Fits perfect in our existing frame and works well with our existing mattress. Easy to assemble, good instructions, packed well. It’s great, good price.
