Super comfortable and stays firm enough to not sink in; but soft enough to not feel like you’re sleeping on a rock.

I thought that it would be little thicker but for the price the mattress is comfortable and worth the money.

So, this is a truly great mattress for a spare bedroom, child or most guests. If you have many orthopedic injuries like I do than, get the 12" version which probably won't work on a wall bed. This was purchased for a wall bed, which I ended up using. It is not suitable for an older person with injuries. I have to say, for everyone else, it's totally appropriate!! And the cooling technology definitely works.
