I love the bed, but the delivery method was sheer stupidity. This bed is too heavy to be delivered without a signature. Left on lawn for someone to break their back trying to get inside. The sheer ignorance of this alone left a very negative long lasting impression of this company. Had to spend extra money to get delivery men from an unrelated delivery to bring this bed upstairs to the bedroom it was intended for. Angi service stunk. The rep was late and left the packaging mess in our driveway without permission. What would he have done had it been an apartment building??? Angi is a paid for service. Reps should be on time and more than 1 peraon is needes to lift this bed. It comes in multiple boxes. Roughly 300 pound bed pieces. Wayfair needs to request signatures for weight limits like this and Angi rep should be available the day of delivery to bring this inside of people's homes, put together and discard wrapping. Yes, thats White Glove service, and that's what a bed should fall under when it's this heavy!!

This bed is the best. Easy to assemble. Very well made. I have had the best sleep that I have had in years. I have a real bad back, and it has helped with the pain.

So far we like the product. It was easy to assemble and the instructions were easy to understand. We like the adjustability that comes with the product.

Best investment. We keep great and love the massage and lounge position. It is great and would recommend it.

Excellent purchase without trying a split king. No need to go to mattress stores. this is a great mattress with the best adjustable frame. I travel a lot and looking forward to elevating my legs after a long day. If you are repeatedly looking at your shopping cart of mattresses, move this and buy it! You won’t be disappointed.
