Came well packaged but had to fist slam top of one controlled to get operating. Some parts will not allow adjustment of burners. One burner broken.

This is a very nice piece of equipment! Much higher quality than expected for the price. I use it for corn dogs, chimichangas, warming nacho chips to order and dropping bacon wrapped hot dogs to crisp the bacon and give it a different flavor. The drains on the front are the best. So easy to clean/filter and change out, if needed.

The whole family loves it! It cooks just like the restaurants do! Creates delicious food!

I am very disappointed with my order This fryer broke down in a two weeks Very cheep quality but price is so high.... I need my money back

Only one side of the fryer worked - very disappointed - drain system for the oil comes out extremely slow. I was hoping for a better out come.
