I would give this zero stars if it were possible. After the first snowfall, the entire gazebo collapsed beyond repair. We even paid to have it professionally installed to ensure everything was done correctly. We specifically chose this model because it was advertised as an all-season gazebo capable of withstanding snow. We live in New Jersey, where snow is expected several times each winter, so this claim was a major reason for our purchase. Wayfair was extremely unhelpful and simply hid behind their 30-day return policy, even though they are selling a product that appears to be misrepresented to consumers. Most people buy gazebos in the spring or summer, and by the time winter arrives—months later—it’s far too late to return the product if it fails. I then contacted the manufacturer to see if the issue would be covered under warranty. Initially, I received a lot of back and forth because I ordered through Wayfair and did not have a direct order number from them. Eventually they offered to send replacement parts, which I found absurd given that the entire gazebo had collapsed. Sending parts does nothing to address the fact that the product clearly cannot withstand the conditions it claims to handle. After this experience, I have no interest in owning another Joydale product, and I’ve also lost trust in Wayfair for allowing products like this to be sold with misleading claims.

Love this gazebo I've had it for almost a year and it has held up through wind and sun.

First snowfall we had it caved in. Catastrophic failure. Do not buy if you live somewhere it snows.
