Received another name brand and have been having trouble getting help.

Dropped a decent amount of money for the wood to come chipped where the shelf sliders is supposed to hang so unable to use one of the drawers. And one of the screws just came entirely unthreaded. Customer service took some time to get back but were able to help eventually. Otherwise a really pretty and sturdy dresser- hoping the replacement part arrives in good condition.

Nice dresser. A few hiccups in the beginning with manufacturing, but we got it straightened out in a timely manner. Assembly was time consuming but not terrible. The drawers are easy to open and shut. It’s aesthetically, pleasing.

I recently purchased this dresser for my toddlers bedroom. Unfortunately, it is very poorly made and I regret making the purchase. The item came damaged, but the customer service was responsive and sent a replacement piece shortly after, which is why I gave 2 stars. The replacement piece was scuffed in visible areas but I didn’t want to deal with having to get a new piece. The drawers do not shut well, and the biggest flaw is the design of how the dresser rests on the floor. The dresser itself is incredibly unstable on our carpet, even after anchoring to the wall it is not stable. If you are interested in this dresser, I would consider choosing another option.

A great stylish dresser. However the bottom drawers keep breaking on me, easy to fix but a bit frustrating.

1 star because the color and look of this dresser is stunning. But the drawers we were sent were not soft close. A piece was bent. I ordered replacement parts and they sent the wrong one (soft close pieces - so now the two sides do not match). Wayfair is unwilling to help resolve. Save your money and take it somewhere reputable.

Several areas of scratches and dents and imperfections. Also some kind of purple ink smeared on pieces.
