So comfortable and love the ergonomic features. Thought I would miss the neck pillow, but it is really unnoticeable even after long gaming sessions. Had owned other gaming chairs in the past, but this one is definitely the most comfortable. I’m only 5’8 so initially was a little tall for me when trying to recline. And I could not have my feet flat on the floor. But after I have broke it in a little bit, it’s definitely starting to mold to me. And the height thing is not much of an issue now. Definitely recommend and absolutely love this gaming chair!
